we are a full service hair salon with color, cutting, styling, extensions, smoothing, waving, perming and braiding services

appointments are highly recommended

independent stylists

HOTBOX stylists are independent contractors which means all services, payments and concerns are 100% between you and your stylist. Should you need added assistance, our front desk team is happy to to help but the salon is not responsible for services and transactions conducted with your stylist

rescheduling + cancellations

we have reserved a special part of our day for you. if you are unable to make it, we ask that you provide (at least) a day or two’s notice so that your stylist may have enough time to schedule another client

no-shows

alright, time is money, man. and we’re just a boy, standing in front of a girl, trying to pay our bills. new client and repeat no-shows may require a pre-payment on future bookings. thanks for understanding!

kiddos

we don’t book kid services but your stylist may, so feel free to ask them! otherwise, seating is limited so please make arrangements for childcare

pets

nope. if you need, we can ball up some floor hair and put googly eyes on it

waiting

inside seating is limited to guests who are waiting on their appointment.

re-dos

miscommunication happens and we always aim to do our best! if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your services, please let us know! your original stylist will happily make needed corrections within 10 days of the original service. re-dos after 10 days may incur a service charge
